I now finished the
first section of the book which is titled Mexicans lost in Mexico .The first
section is actually small (120 pages) and its the second part titled Savage
Detective that covers most of the book. Maybe that explains why the book is
named after the second part.
The novel is offbeat
and unlike any I've read till now. In the end of second part the narrator and
two of his friends take off in a car (some ford) to the north of Mexico . Yes that’s where exactly it ends. I
am yet to start the second part. I will keep updating as I move along with
novel. Bye
